What changes when the trail is permanent
- Nothing to eat. There are no pellets and no score for collecting. Score comes from surviving.
- The map shrinks itself. Every second of every player's trail stays solid, so late-round space is the real resource.
- Gaps are the strategy. Trails break into random holes. Reading where a hole will land — and steering into it — is most of the skill.
- Two controls only. Left and right. There is no brake, no boost, no reverse.
